Self taught sailor whose first sailing experience was a solo sail from Peterhead Scotland to Liverpool with lots of learning along the way. Not the first adventure; I once tried to ride a horse from Istanbul to Mongolia but a bad winter and spring and invading Russian army put a stop to that. Never one to do things the simple way – the harder the better.
